What WE'LL COVER
Everything you've been told about losing weight assumes the estrogen you had at forty.
You have a fraction of that now.
And it changed the rules...
here are a few...
You've heard you should eat more protein after menopause. True — but how much? The amount is what surprises women. It's well above what you're likely eating now.
The old rule was to eat less. Under-eating is what compromises your muscle, and muscle is the thing you can least afford to lose after menopause.
First, it was cardio. Now everyone says lift instead. It's both — and the cardio is the part that decides whether you're still hiking in twenty years.
Estrogen used to buffer your blood sugar. There's very little of that now, so what you put beside the bread, the rice, or the potato decides what happens next.
I've been coaching women for seventeen years — fifteen of them in my own studio, and one-to-one clients all the way through.
When I closed the studio in 2024, I took a break to make personal and professional changes.
I took a job I thought would be temporary while I figured out how I wanted to coach going forward. For the next eleven months, it had me sitting at a desk from five in the morning until seven at night.
By the end, I wasn't moving and exercising, wasn't eating right, and was stressed out all the time. So I coached myself back. That became the system I'll show you in this hour.
